Mixed-Use Development

Capitol Crossing, a mixed-use development at the intersection of Capitol Hill and the East End, brings an exciting new community to downtown Washington, D.C. Covering three newly built city blocks, it currently provides more than one million square feet of trophy office space available immediately for leasing, with additional mixed-use projects underway.

The first phase of the development created three new city blocks and more than one million square feet of trophy office space available immediately for leasing - 200 Mass and 250 Mass.

The second phase of the development will include additional retail, a residential building, and the newest Capitol Hill hotel. In addition, the project has the approvals to build one more free-standing 700,000 sf office building with direct Capitol views and presence.
